The wave pool was open on and off but generates a sulfur or sewage type smell when the waves come. Pretty silly to market the park as though all these experiences are available and then never have things open. The splash zone was the only really fun thing for the ages of kids I brought but it was only open on one out of four visits. Most notably, I brought younger children and there are only 4 things there they can do, a wave pool, a toddler play area, a lazy river (which is super dirty as others mentioned), and a splash zone with medium sized slides that is really fun for kids a little bit older. The park is extremely understaffed and, in all 4 of our experiences, up to 50 percent of the rides were closed at any given time because they do not staff enough people to keep the rides open. Had it cost more, I would not have gone back again after our second visit. The annual pass makes this an affordable day trip for a family if you go repeatedly. We visited this park 4 times last summer. I agree with the other reviewers on many points. I don't see myself coming back here, despite enjoying the slides, wave pool and lazy river. Every other waterpark I've been to has one.

Really Six Flags? Putting in a real changing area couldn't be that expensive.

For the second half of the problem, either wrap a towel around yourself and head straight home, or suffer by changing in a less than clean toilet stall, and really, if you are changing a small child as well as yourself, you will have to wait for one of the larger handicapped stalls. So, I recommend coming in your bathing suit to eliminate the first half of that problem. Then, the bathrooms are ALSO the changing rooms but there is really nowhere to change except the toilet stalls and it is not at all pleasant.

Of course, many people just can't hold it and likely used the wave pool as the other bathroom. While not a particularly large park, I find this rather inconvenient when you have to go, and in a waterpark, the way most peopels' kidneys react to being in a lot of warm water, you will have to go more than once. There is exactly one set of bathrooms for the entire park and they are near the entrance. Two other problems with this park and they both revolve around the bathrooms. Then it was $11 to store our valaubles in a relatively small locker I can't fault them for this though, other parks charge hefty amounts for lockers. What irritated me even more was that it if you wanted to sit in an inner tube in the lazy river or the wave pool, it was $15 for a single tube and $20 for a double (other attractions at the park require you to be in an inner tube so no charge with those) I've been to several other waterparks and never been separately charged to use inner tubes in any part of the park. Parking was $25! I don't know how you would avoid that charge but if you can get someone to drop you off and pick you up, by all means do so. But the admission price is just one part of it, they nickel and dime you on other things that I've never been charged extra for at other waterparks. This waterpark *might* be a little cheaper than a place like Great Wolf or Kalahari, or other places in the general area, not completely sure, but it's possible, particularly if you buy your tickets online ahead of time and take advantage of a special.
